My favorite rule of composition is Asymmetrical Balance. I enjoy using it because along with rule of thirds, I almost always unintentionally use asymmetrical balance. Part of my artistic voice is the idea of "method to madness", where most of my photos are chaotic, but can still be understood.
My least favorite rule of composition to use is Leading Lines. I don't like using it because I tend to stress over getting a good photo with this rule as well as trying to find lines naturally is difficult for me.
